Users were unable to create or publish new business listings because the listing creation backend (API/write path) was failing, preventing the submission form from loading or completing. The team investigated logs, traces, and DB metrics, collected evidence, and prepared fixes/rollback plans; support offered manual listing creation as a workaround. After analysis and remediation steps, the issue was resolved.
